Idlewild | Idlewild has parted ways with its British label. While the band are promoting the fourth full-length album, 'Warnings/Promises', Idlewild have posted a message on their website that announce the splits with EMI. The band had fulfilled their record contract and it seemed like a good time to move on.

DJ @ Edinburgh charity event
Idlewild members will DJ at an Edinburgh charity event on 30th November.
The 'One In Four' event is to raise awareness and understanding of mental health issues.
Also taking part on the night are:
Biscuit Time (Steve Mason ex-Beta Band), 1990s and Union of Knives.
The 'One In Four' event will be held @ Ego, Edinburgh on 30th November.
Tickets are £9.
Idlewild announce a special Glasgow show!
Idlewild will round off 2005 in style with a show at the Glasgow Barrowlands on Thursday 22nd December.
The band will play two seperate sets, one fully acoustic, and one fully rocking and electric.
There will be special guests and DJs to make it a night worth remembering!
