KoRn: Bad Position In UK Chart / In London / Win NYC Gig's Tickets / Fan Injuried Sues Tacoma

UK chart position revealed.

In it's first week in the charts, "Twisted Transistor" hits #27. "Twisted Transistor" was released this Monday (25 November) via Virgin Records.

BBC Radio 1 DJ's JK & Joel revealed today on the Official UK Singles Chart that KoRn made it to #27 in the week ending 27 November.

#27 is not the best position for KoRn, but despite just missing the half way mark, KoRn also beat the Foo Fighters and Alkaline Trio who also had new entries and have been getting much primetime airing.

KoRn fan sues Tacoma over concert injury.

A KoRn fan is suing the city of Tacoma, Washington, because he got knocked over at a concert and was forced to leave, despite being injured.

The fan claims in a suit filed in Pierce County Court last week that he was jumped on and knocked down a level in the Tacoma Dome, breaking an arm and a hip.

Security offered him no help, but told him to leave or he would be arrested, he claims in the suit, which also names the venue and Pro Staff security as defendants.
