Darkness Finishes Sophomore Album

The Darkness has put the finishing touches on its second album.

The British glam-metal act’s second record will be the semantically challenged One Way Ticket to Hell … and Back. It follows up 2003’s Permission to Land (Atlantic) (read Aversion’s review), and will be in stores Nov. 29 from Atlantic Records. Its lead single will be “One Way Ticket."

During the making of the album, founding bassist Frankie Poulain was fired (read full story) and replaced by Ritchie Edwards.
