Franz are just the latest of a whole string of top acts to appear on the net before their album's release date. Recent victims include The Rolling Stones, Oasis and Eminem - who brought his album forward a week to combat illegal downloads.
Due to the fact that the album has appeared quite late on the net, it's unlikely the illegal download will effect its release date.
