Punk Voter Readies New Comp

Fat Mike and Punk Voter are set to release a new compilation album, and this time it has nothing to do with electoral politics.

The left-leaning activist organization will gear up to help the kiddies with Protect: A Benefit For The National Association To Protect Children. The album, which includes cuts by Against Me!, Matt Skiba, NOFX, Coalesce, Anti-Flag and MxPx, is set for a Oct. 18 release from Fat Wreck Chords. It'll raise money for Protect, a national organization that fights crime and pushes for children's safety and rights.
It's unclear if ConservativePunk.com will lash back with its own We Hate Children compliation in retaliation.
