Staind Postpones Euro Tour

Staind have been forced to postpone their planned European tour, due to U.S. promotional commitments. The band had scheduled a European tour that was set to begin September 19 in Dublin, Ireland in support of their Chapter V album. The European dates will be rescheduled for March 2006.
The 21-date tour was to stop in 11 countries, wrapping October 19 in Stuttgart, Germany.

In a joint statement, Staind - singer Aaron Lewis, guitarist Mike Mushok, bassist Johnny April and drummer Jon Wysocki - said, "We love touring overseas and are incredibly thankful to our European fans. Unfortunately at this time, circumstances prevent us from coming over to perform live. We apologize for this inconvenience to our fans and look forward to seeing everyone in the future."
Staind will announce their North American headlining tour dates in the coming weeks. Beyond the traditional shows along the tour route, Staind will do a special free concert in a major U.S. city - in connection with Honda Civic Live - details of which will be announced shortly.
