PODACAST: TV On the Radio Blasts Bush With New Unreleased Track

Kayne West isn't the only rocker who's hurricane frustrations pushed them past their limit with the Bush Administration: TV On the Radio released a free download to inspire the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

The band's "Dry, Drunk Emporer" is available through its website and that of its label, Touch and Go, for free. The song also takes a strong swipe at George W. Bush's handling of recent events.

"In the absence of a true leader we must not forget that we are still together. Hearts are sick. Minds must change. It is our hope that this song inspires, comforts, fosters courage, and reminds us this darkness cannot last if we work together. Let us help each other, heal each other, look after one another. The human heart is our new capitol"
