Bright Eyes caps 2005 with new album

Live album on the cards.

US singer/songwriter Bright Eyes, aka Conor Oberst, will cap a glorious year with the release of his first live album, Sound Generator can report.

'Motion Sickness' is set for release November 14 through Saddle Creek and includes tracks recorded on the road between January and April 2005 as part of his 'I'm Wide Awake It's Morning' tour schedule.

2005 has been a year of highs and highers for Oberst. His acclaimed 'I'm Wide Awake It's Morning' and 'Digital Ash In A Digital Urn' bowed January, and followed the release of 2 singles which made the number 1 and 2 spots on the Billboard singles chart; "Lua" and "Take it Easy (Love Nothing)". The feat was the first since Puff/P Daddy/Diddy managed it 7 years previously.

The track listing for 'Motion Sickness' is as follows (all songs Bright Eyes except where indicated):

1. At The Bottom Of Everything
2. We Are Nowhere And It's Now
3. Old Soul Song
4. Make War (short version)
5. Make War (long version)
6. Scale
7. Landlocked Blues
8. Method Acting
9. Train Underwater
10. When The President Talks To God
11. Road To Joy
12. Mushaboom (cover of Feist song)
13. True Blue
14. Southern State
