Warp celebrate 10 years with Aphex Twin rarities

Aphex Twin
The innovative label to drop 'Auto Bulb' this month.

Warp Records have revealed plans to release 'Hangable Auto Bulb', a collection of rare Aphex Twin cuts from 1995.

The EP become almost mythological in dance circles - being Richard D. James' first foray into what Warp describe as 'breaks driven rhythm experimentation'. Mad, tripping dance music essentially, for which James has since become synonymous - and recognised for globally.

'Hangable Auto Bulb' was originally limited to just a few thousand copies for each release (it was a two part series). Warp have now decided to compile both sections onto one EP release, which will be released October 31.

Due to the material being of such an experimental nature, James is using his AFX moniker, rather that the better-known Aphex Twin title.
