 Mogwai | The band to aid two Scottish charities. Mogwai have announced two winter shows in Edinburgh and Glasgow in aid of local charity organisations, Sound Generator can report. The first show comes November 28 at Edinburgh's Cabaret Voltaire and will raise funds for One In Four, a mental health charity that aims to promote awareness of a number of illnesses. The following night, the band play the Glasgow Arches in support of Refugee Awareness, which aids refugees in the city. Tickets for both shows are priced at £10, £14 on the door. |
In other news, the band have confirmed the completion of their new album, due early 2006.
