Devotchka Hit The Road

Devotchka
Like Gogol Bordello in suits, or an uncanny merging of Tindersticks and an Eastern European folk band, Denver's Devotchka are set to hit the road with other uncategorizable acts that skirt the line between rock and disparate influences such as cabaret and torch songs. Last year, Devotchka released How It Ends to strong critical acclaim. Along for the 17-date ride, which kicked off this past Thursday in New York City and ends on Halloween in Boston, are Dresden Dolls and vocalist Lhasa.
